OUR CORE VALUES

TEACH. Pray. Give. Show Up. Rest.

  • Jesus models a life anchored in the Word, teaching His disciples to build their lives upon it, which bears witness to Him. Spending time under sound teaching and the scriptures aligns our hearts and minds with the gospel, equipping us to live faithfully and boldly in a world that needs the light of Christ. (Acts 2:42; Matt. 7:24-25; 2 Tim. 3:16-17)

  • Jesus models a life where prayer is a central value to Him and His ministry. When we follow Him and make prayer a priority, we acknowledge our dependence on God, invite His power into our lives, and align our desires with His will. (Luke 5:16; Phil. 4:6-7; Acts 2:42)

  • Jesus gave His life for us, calling us to a life of generous and sacrificial love. By giving our time, resources, and gifts to the Kingdom, we participate in something far greater than ourselves— God’s work of redemption and renewal in the world. (Acts 2:44-45; 2 Cor. 9:7; John 3:16)

  • Jesus faithfully shows up in our brokenness, even when it cost Him everything. As His people, we are called to fight distractions, fears, and busyness that pulls us away from community and worship. Showing up isn’t just an action— its an act of devotion. (Heb. 10:25; Matt. 18:20; Acts 2:42)

  • Jesus invites us to rest in Him, not to remain idle, but to be renewed for the mission He’s given us: to bring permanent rest to all things. True rest for us in this life is abiding in Christ, and this rest gives us the strength to live out His calling with joy and endurance. Jesus also calls us to excellence in the things that we do. We reflect His character by working well and giving our best to and in all things. We have no tolerance for mediocrity. We work not to earn approval but to honor the One who gave His best for us. (Matt. 11:28-30; Isa. 40:31; Mark 6:31, Col. 3”23; 1 Cor. 10:31; Matt. 25:21))
